All Purpose Cleaner

So I like to be frugal not cheap, just frugal. If I can make it and it works just as good or better than what I can buy then why not just make it? So one of the things that I like to make myself is an all-purpose cleaner. I use it for the counter, cleaning messes on the floor, or even in the fridge. It’s the bomb (yes, I do like the word bomb) and really is all-purpose.

Anyway, I found the recipe on Macheesmo and just added some essential oils that I liked. Here is the recipe:

All-Purpose Cleaner (Watch out for a reaction! It will bubble a lot.)

3 Tablespoons vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Arm & Hammer washing soda (found in the laundry isle)
1/2 Teaspoon Castile soap
2 Cups hot water
10 drops or so of your favorite essential oils (I use citrus for the kitchen, but I also like lavender and tee tree oil)

I really do approve this recipe! I love that I can use it in the kitchen or all over the house for light cleaning. And even better I don’t feel bad about it getting on the kids stuff because it’s not harsh at all!

Well have fun cleaning!

Renee
